Colorado Men's Relays Shine at Texas Relays

The time was the fastest since 1999 when the relay team of Horton, Queen, DePass and Davis crossed the finish line in 3:06.11 on April 18, 1999 in Walnut, Calif. The other top two times are 3:05.16 (Johnson/Carruth/Warren/Mitchell), set in 1994 and 3:07.72 (Horton/DePass/Queen/Davis), set on March 20, 1999.
The men's 4x100-meter relay of Sam Napp, Lionel Lawson Jr., Abuan and Pincock took 22nd. They finished in 41.03 seconds, which is a season best for
The last time the Buffs finished above 41.03 in the 4x100 relay was on May 16, 1999 when CU recorded a time of 40.83 in
Lawson Jr. and Napp also competed in the 100m dash. Lawson Jr. recorded a time of 10.92 for 42nd place and Napp finished in 11.13, tying for 58th.
The women's 4x100 relay finished 39th overall with a time of 48.43 and the 4x400 came in at 47th (4:00.47). The 4x100 was made up of Veronica Maul, Dyamond Seay, Amberly Casey and Jackie Sturm. The 4x400 consisted of Sturm, Seay, Maul and Allison Hawes.
