Pifer Leads Buffs In Oregon
April 21, 2007 | Track and Field
“I thought it went pretty well,” Pifer said. “It was my fastest opener in the 1500 and my first race of the year. I wish it would have been a little faster, but I think it was pretty good indication of what kind of shape I am in and things to come.”
The time was the fourth fastest in school history, trailing only Alan Culpepper (3:39.77) and two of Pifer's own marks of 3:40.51 and 3:40.70.
