HIGH SCHOOL: Aylaian lettered four times in cross country, four times in outdoor track and field and three times during the indoor track season at Nashoba Regional. Aylaian was named Central Massachusetts District All-Star in both his freshman and sophomore years. He lists his biggest moment from his high school career as winning the Central Massachusetts Meet in the mile during his sophomore year. He finished 43rd at the 2008 Foot Locker Northeast Regionals. Aylaian owns the NRHS record in the mile at 4:23 and was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team (7:58) that set the school record.

IN THE CLASSROOM: Aylaian is an arts and science major. He owns a greater than 3.00 and is a member of the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
PERSONAL: Brendon Johnston Aylaian was born February 13, 1992 in Stow, Mass. His parents are Doug and Lisa Aylaian. He has one younger brother, Justin, and two younger sisters, Ashley and Courtney. Aylaian enjoys running and hanging out with friends. He has done volunteer work for the Relay for Life Cancer Walk.
