• Finished second at the USATF National U20 Olympic Cross Country Championships in Mechanicsville, Va., clocking 24:19 on an 8k course
• Named USATF Indiana Athlete of the Month for January 2024
• Placed 30th at the 2024 World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Belgrade, Serbia

2024 (Sophomore)
• Competed in four races
• Finished 58th at the Nuttycombe Invitational (24:16.3), 77th at Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (23:43.3), and 41st at the Big 12 Championship (23:46.8)
• Closed season with a 72nd-place finish at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships (31:07.2)

2025 (Junior)
• Ran five races, including a top-30 finish at the Mountain Region Championships (30th, 31:04.2)
• Finished 36th at the Big 12 Championship (23:53.8)
• Ran a personal best of 24:41.3 at Nuttycombe, placing 10th in the 'B' section
• Opened with a sixth-place showing at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede (18:01.6, 6k)
• Qualified for the NCAA Championships but did not start

• Ran 8:20.38 in the 3000 at the Potts Invitational

2025 (Sophomore)
• Clocked a personal best 4:05.76 in the mile at the Potts Invitational
• Ran 7:52.66 in the 3000 at the Terrier Classic and 13:42.54 in the 5000 at BU Valentine
• Finished 8th in the 3000 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (7:59.53)

OUTDOOR TRACK
2024 (Freshman)
• Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase, finishing 19th in the prelims (8:51.95)
• Ran a PR of 8:47.05 in the steeplechase at NCAA West Prelims
• Won the steeplechase at Payton Jordan (8:48.07) and placed 3rd at the Pac-12 Championships (9:06.55)
• Also ran 14:50.45 for 5000 at Pac-12s and 8:54.26 for steeple at Bryan Clay

2025 (Sophomore)
• Returned to the NCAA Championships in the steeplechase, finishing 21st in the prelims (8:45.05)
• Posted a PR of 8:32.74 to place 10th at NCAA West First Round
• Took 5th at the Big 12 Championships (8:41.62) and 3rd at Raleigh Relays (8:37.68)
• Ran 14:13.34 in the 5000 at Bryan Clay and 7:59.53 in the 3000 at Big 12 Indoors

HIGH SCHOOL

• 2022-23 Gatorade Indiana Boys Cross Country Player of the Year
• Foot Locker Cross Country national champion with a time of 14:56
• First Team All-American at Foot Locker Nationals and Nike Nationals
• IHSAA state champion in cross country, 1600, and 3200
• Recipient of the IHSAA Cross Country Mental Attitude Award
• Represented Team USA at the 2023 World U20 Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, Australia, helping Team USA to its first team medal since 1982
• Volunteered with Champions Together and Runway for Riley, supporting youth inclusion and health initiatives
