HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country and track and field … named first-team all-state in cross country as a senior after placing third at the Colorado State meet … was a second-team all-state cross country selection as a junior after finishing ninth at state … also won the Colorado 7 League Championship as a junior … was first-team all-conference both of those seasons as well as all-region, placing second at regionals as a senior and fourth as a junior … he led his high school to a team win at regionals, becoming the first team from CHS to win a regional championship … on the track he set the school record in the 3,200 as a senior … at the Jeffco 4A/5A League Championships in 2021, he was a member of the 4x800 championship team (8:18.54) and placed third in the 3,200 and 1,600 and fourth in the 800 … was a member of the football and basketball teams… also recruited by Oregon Tech, Colorado Mesa, Iowa State and Adams State.
