In the Buff's opening weekend of home competition, Sydney Jordan helped the team to stretch to a 9-0 record, with their three wins in the Buffs Invitational.

Sydney Jordan recorded 10 kills, nine digs, one ace, one block and one assist. A kill from Jordan saw the Buffs doubling the score of Denver (10-5, CU). Another kill from Jordan, assisted by Finley, forced Denver to call a timeout (21-16, CU).
Colorado continued with a kill and an ace from Jordan (14-7, CU). 14-7, CU). Two final kills from Asleson and Jordan brought the Buffs to their seventh sweep of the season (25-15, CU).
Sydney Jordan led the Buffs in blocks with four (two solo) and had nine kills, two aces and eight digs. CU managed to take the lead off two aces and a kill from Jordan to go up 12-8.
Sydney Jordan recorded the first double-double of the season, and seventh of her career, with 15 kills, hitting .367 (4e, 30att) and 15 digs. She also scored five aces for the Buffs, her second match in a row doing so.
The Black and Gold started the second set with a 3-0 run, including two aces from Jordan (3-0, CU). After a back-and-forth start to the third set, a Jordan ace started the lead for Colorado (8-7, CU)
Colorado continued their lead with two more kills from Jordan and Splawska (21-12, CU). Two final aces from Jordan saw a 10-point win for Colorado in the third set (25-15, CU). A kill from Jordan maintained the Buffaloes lead (9-6, CU). The Buffs allowed an abnormal accumulation of points from Arkansas, but a kill from Jordan saw the momentum switch (17-17, CU).
Coming back from an Arkansas timeout, Colorado continued their 4-0 run with a Jordan kill, assisted by Morton (20-17, CU).
She was also selected for all all-tournament team.
