TULSA, Okla. ? The University of Colorado women's tennis team did not fare well in day three of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Region falling in a pair of singles and one doubles match at Tulsa University.

Gleisy Torres Torres' bid for another victory fell short in a 7-5, 7-5 decision to 11^th seeded Iryna Tkachenko of Oklahoma State, 7-5, 7-5; while CU's Melisa Esposito lost to 16^th seeded Lenore Lazariou, Wichita State, 6-1, 6-3.

In doubles, Franziska Jendrian and Monica Milewski lost to third seeded Ela Kalunder/Aurelija Misevcuite of Arkansas by default (injury).

In the consolation back draw, Milewski and Camila Belassi each won a pair of singles matches.

Milewski defeated Denver's Kyle Iwinski 4-6, 7-6(3), 1-0 (7) and Amanda Hellberg of St. Louis, 6-0, 7-6(3).

Belassi defeated Utah's Erin Monson, 6-1, 6-4; and Stephanie Jasper of Montana State, 6-3, 6-0.

Day four of the consolation back draw concludes on Saturday.
