TORREY TAKES TITLE AT ARIZONA STATE INVITATIONAL

Torrey took first in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:01.49 and was CU's best finisher on the day. She also took third in the women's 100 meter hurdles in 13.99.
Kendall Grgas-Wheeler was second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 11:20.26 and Hannah Warfield-Ruffato was also second in the javelin with her throw of 124-04. Anna Magle also took second in the women's high jump with her leap of 5-6. They were CU's other top individual finishers on the women's side. The 4x400 meter relay team took second in 4:02.43.
In men's action, three Buffaloes garnered second place finishes. Payton Batliner was the runner-up in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in a time of 9:33.18. Senior Jared Scott was second in the 1,500 meter run in 3:52.90, and freshman Jason Zichterman was second in the 800 meter run in 1:51.29.
The Buffs aren't due to hit the track again until April 10 at the Adidas Invitational in
